The TA4 Fitness Longevity System
Below are the three pillars of how TA4 is different and actually helps adults get consistent sustainable results from exercise. For most of us, our bodies have changed due to age and in general living life. This needs to be taken into consideration with a baseline assessment and components that get our bodies feeling and performing their best.
Our innovative approach to strength and cardio will get you maximum results from your time invested exercising! With strength workouts we focus on how your body feels and moves rather than looks; this is very important to building a body that performs well for whatever you want to do in life. We also focus on zone 2 cardio, which will help improve heart health, needed for longevity!
Mobility and breathwork are usually missing in most adults fitness programs and this unfortunate. Adding TA4 mobility to your program will significantly decrease your injury chance while simultaneously increasing your ability to generate power. Breathwork will improve your performance and endurance while also helping with stress, sleep and even low back pain (yep)!
No overly restrictive diets here! Our innovative approach is designed to reboot your metabolism and elevate your energy levels.
As for accountability, TA4 is with you every step of the way, you'll always have a guiding hand by your side, and the days of losing motivation and deviating from your path will be behind you. The TA4 men's community will also be there to support you!
In this initial stage, we start with the TA4 Assessment to baseline you and find areas that need improvement, where you are solid, and where you are strong. From there we start focusing on areas where you are weak (because these can lead to injury) and corrective exercise (trust me, you will need some of these). Lastly we start building in good habits that are sustainable for life. This will challenge you and you will start feeling better!
In this phase we are reducing our bodyfat and building muscle at the same time. This is possible due to the unique training methods in the TA4 System. You will continue feeling better in your body, muscles will start to show and your energy and confidence will start to skyrocket. This will all be done without sacrificing the foods or drinks you love (moderation is key)!
Here, we add in any performance, life or health goals you have. You should already be looking, feeling and moving better and you will have noticed it in any sports or activities you partake in. Now we just turn it up a notch and keep building on our goals while still staying healthy and loving life!
TA4 Fitness is about longevity, and proper exercise is the most potent longevity drug! If you want to enjoy every decade of life from now till the end you need to be training for it. In this final phase (which can extend our lifetime) we continue to train our bodies to perform at their best. We retake the TA4 Assessment every 3-6 months to make sure we are staying on track and continue working on those health and life goals. What's your mountain?
Stephan is currently 49 years young, turning 50 this October. He has been a full-time coach for over 6 years (many more part-time) and loves what he does. He has had his own transformation journey and from that has developed the TA4 Fitness Longevity System. I have now been training with TA4 for over a year. I am only more impressed with him as time has gone on. His workouts are challenging- rarely do you work on "just" one muscle in an exercise- and I know what when he says i will "really like" something that it will be particularly challenging. Yet, he continues to program me new exercises, is always encouraging and patient, and genuinely engaged in my progress. His mixing of mobility, breathing, strength and nutrition is a winning combination and I have seen significant improvement in my own progress as a result.
