Hi, I’m Stephan Alheim, a 50-year-old health coach and the founder of TA4 Fitness. After experiencing the sudden loss of my father to a heart attack—I made it my mission to help adults over 40 stay strong, mobile, and healthy for life.

My coaching goes beyond just looks. I help people build pain-free, capable bodies so they can keep doing what they love—whether that’s running a business, playing with grandkids, or hiking mountains.

Every program starts with a movement screen and is built around smart strength training, mobility, breathwork, and efficient cardio to deliver results that actually matter.

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me hiking, camping, traveling, playing sports, or spending time with my girlfriend, family, and my two cats (yes, I’m a cat guy). And for the record—I always keep a good bottle of tequila in the house. Everything in moderation!
